Incorrect Poses
Please watch the animated scanning tutorial carefully before completing the scan.
Place your feet apart and align your legs with the outlines on the screen.
During the first pose of the scan, ensure that you “cactus” your arms at a right angle so your elbows are the same height as your shoulders.
Begin rotating your upper body to one side, keeping your arms in a cactus position with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Rotate until your upper body faces one side of the room, then rotate through center all the way to the other side, then back to center.
