Please place your phone on a flat floor with open space between you and the phone.

  • Do not stand on an elevated or sunken surface relative to the flat floor your phone is placed on. You must stand on the same flat floor as your phone.

  • Also, do not place your phone on any elevated (eg. chairs, beds, tables) or sunken surfaces. It must be on the same flat floor level as your feet.
